Prepared motions will be available here by February 22.
Student participants are not permitted to use phones or internet capable devices during the tournament.
Judging
To provide the best experience for students and volunteers, we provide judge training at every event!
- All teams must provide one judge for each day of the event.
- Teams that do not provide judges may be unable to compete.
- Judges do not need previous experience.
- Judge registration will open here from March 2 to 11.
Student Registration
- Invited teams were sent the registration information in early March.
- If one partner cannot attend the team may be unable to compete.
- Teams must attend both days.
- A registration form must be filled in for each student.
Tournament Fee
- The tournament fee has yet to be determined.
- We offer financial aid when cost is a barrier to participation. Financial aid can be selected on the registration form.
- You will be sent a link to pay by credit card within 48 hours or registering.
- Teams that cancel less than 72 hours before the tournament will still owe tournament fees.
Meals
- Meal information will be available in 2027.
Travel & Travel Fees
If we able to provide a bus for the event, the information will be available here in 2027.
