Our ability to host successful tournaments depends on the generosity of member clubs. We support the hosting club by handling most logistical and administrative tasks, however the hosting club has a few responsibilities that help make the tournament possible:
- Booking rooms
- Assistance booking projectors
- Opening doors early on the tournament day to enable set up
