This five-session Advanced Debate Workshop Series will be led by Anwyn Diakuw, with support from experienced SEDA alumni and coaches. Anwyn is a former Team Canada member with over eight years of coaching experience and regularly judges at national competitions. Students can expect focused instruction and practice in advanced debate skills, with teaching tailored to the needs of the group.
These classes might be for you if...
- You are in grade 7 to 12 with three or more years of debate experience.
- You have a have a strong comprehension of Canadian National Debate Style
- You are are looking for a real challenge and to level up your debate skills.
- You compete regularly and/or attend regular debate club meetings/classes
- Want coaching from experienced coaches, national team members, and national team coaches.

Classes will run Wednedsay nights from 7:00 to 8:30 PM for 5 weeks at École Canadienne-Française - Pavillon Gustave-Dubois, 2320 Louise Ave, Saskatoon.

How to Register
Students must be a SEDA member to access Speech & Debate Academy.
- $125 registration fee
- There may be a cap on the number of students who can register
- E-transfer to director@saskdebate.com by. Please put the student's name followed by ADV in the memo line.
- Students that withdraw less than 72 hours before the first class will still owe the full-term fee.
- We offer a 25% subsidy. If the subsidy prices are still a barrier to participation, please contact SEDA at info@saskdebate.com.
