You fill out that form at the beginning of the season then you don't have to fill out another form for the rest of the year!
Transportation:
A bus will be available for Regina and area students to travel to this tournament. Loading will take place near the Bank Of Montreal building at the Northgate Mall on Albert street. Loading will start at 6:25 AM and the bus will depart at 6:45 AM. The bus will depart at 4:45 PM from Walter Murray and Arrive back at the Northgate Mall at 7:15. The bus costs $20 per person.
