Event Details

Judging

All teams must provide one judge for the event.
Teams that do not provide a judge may be unable to compete. 
Judges do not need previous experience. We provide a judge briefing at the start of every event to teach judges how to score a debate and give feedback.

Judge registration will be open HERE from Friday January 17 to Friday January 24.

Registration

There may be a limit to the number of teams who can register.  
If an odd number of teams register, some teams may be required to sit out one round.
If you do not have a partner, SEDA will do its best to match you with a partner.
Observers for virtual tournaments must be registered on the debater registration form.
A registration from must be filled in for each student.
Student registration will be open HERE from Friday January 17 to Friday January 24.

Tournament Fee

$20 tournament fee per student.
E-transfer to director@saskdebate.com by Friday January 24. Put the student's name followed by T7 in the memo line.
Teams that cancel less than 24 hours before the tournament will still owe tournament fees.
We offer a 25% or 50% subsidy. If the subsidy prices are still a barrier to participation, please contact SEDA at info@saskdebate.com.
