We are offering FREE workshops as part of our Welcome Week. These workshops will give students a sample of speech and debate. They are designed for students with 0 – 1 year of experience in grades in grades 5 to 12. The groups will be divided by grade and experience level. Our Intro to British Parliamentary Style Workshop is open to students with a greater experience level.
Saturday September 28 at Centennial Collegiate High School, Saskatoon.
- Into to Speech – 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Intro to Debate – 12:30 to 2:00 PM
- Intro to British Parliamentary Style Debate – 10:30 to 12:00 PM (Students coming to the BP workshop should be in grades 7 to 12 and have two years of debate experience)
Registration
- Students do not need to attend all workshops. There will be an option on the registration form to select which workshops they plan to attend.
- Lunch will not be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
